ICP14 will be the first hybrid ICP meeting. The virtual component will consist of:

Live stream of plenary,  perspective and keynote talks which will be recorded and made available afterwards.

ePoster Gallery to display both on-site and virtual posters (ePosters). The Gallery allows for interaction among on-site and virtual participants through written comments. You will receive a notification everytime a comment is posted on your poster. The ePoster Gallery will be available from 25 August to 23 September. 

Accessing the conference app directly via your browser

You can use your desktop computer to participate in the congress via this link.

Installing the conference app on your mobile device

You can open the conference app via the QR code or directly via this link.

App Installation

The app is not installed via an app store, but directly from the browser.

Installation on Android devices via Chrome

  1. When you open the app for the first time, you will find a message box in the bottom right-hand corner asking you to install the congress app: Click “Install”
  2. The congress app is now available on your home screen.

Installation on iOS devices via Safari 

  1. Click on the icon for sharing.
  2. A menu window opens. Scroll down until you see the option “Add to Home Screen“.
  3. Select “Add to Home Screen”.
  4. Confirm the installation by clicking on “Add“.
  5. The congress app is now available on your home screen.

Signing in on desktop browser and mobile device

After accessing the congress app via the QR code or the link, you need to sign in.

  1. On mobile devices, you find the “Sign-in” button by first clicking the Menu Icon (top right). On browsers, click “Sign in” from the Menu bar (left).
  2. Enter your email address. Note to presenters: please enter the same email you used for abstract and poster submission.
  3. You are prompted to “Create your profile”:
    • Enter the event code you received in an email from the ICP14 organisers
    • Enter your full name to display in the app, e.g., Pepe Garcia
    • Choose a password (upper and lower case letters, min. 8 characters)
    • Accept privacy policy
  1. Congratulations you have now access to the conference app.

Complete your profile

  • Open profile via your display name in the Menu
  • Upload a photo
  • Check and complete your personal data
  • Insert focus topics for match making
