On-site fee includes: submission of 1 abstract, digital book of abstracts, lunches & coffee breaks, access to recorded talks and the ePoster Gallery (including interaction with presenters), and access to the social program (ice breaker, reception offered by the City of Bergen, palaeomusicology concert).

Virtual fee includes: submission of 1 abstract, digital book of abstracts, access to live stream and recorded talks of all plenary talks, the ePoster Gallery including interaction with presenters.

Social program: icebreaker, reception and Paleomusicology  concert

The icebreaker is included in the fee. Please reserve your ticket when you register.

The a reception by the City of Bergen in Håkonshallen is included in the registration fee. Please not that there is a limit to the number of participants allowed in the hall, and tickets will be assigned by first come first served principle. You can reserve your ticket when you register.

The Paleomusicology concert is included in the fee. The venue can welcome a maximum of 350 guests so tickets will be assigned by first come first served principle when you register.

Social program: conference dinner and tours

The conference dinner and tours exploring the fjords and surroundings of Bergen are not included in the registration fee. Tickets to attend these need to be purchased during registration.

You can purchase your ticket for the conference dinner during registration at at price of NOK 950,- per person. The ticket includes a return pass for the funicular that brings you to the restaurant on Mount Fløyen. It is possible to purchase an additional ticket for a guest. The restaurant can seat up to 350 guests, so tickets will be allocated by first come first served principle.

The tours in and around Bergen with expert guide need to be booked during registration. Prices vary depending on the tour. Spaces are limited, so tickets are allocated on a first come first served principle.
